Twas the night before show day and all through the house, the paintings were drying no sign of the mouse.
The varnish was glistening, the edges all done, no sign of grey cat hair not even a one.
The boxes are pilled right up to the door, except for the small ones just left on the floor.
Last minute jitters as excitement mounts, nothing left to do now, well nothing that counts.
In the morning the car packed all ready to go, then driving we'll do to the up coming show.
The roof top's all shiny, with dew from the night, the venders all set up before morning light.
The painting are hung on the black grids with care in hopes that collectors soon will be there.
