I spent an afternoon into the evening on Hay Bay last summer, visiting with family. Once a year my Mother spends a week there looking after the old heritage church that has connections to our family history. The sunsets over the bay are always so incredible. I was hoping to get a glimpse of the swans that make it their summer home but they weren't around. The scenery and light was enough to take my breath away that night. A Lovely view, A lovely visit.

This is the second painting I have done from that day.
